J. LA POINT
After 12 years of exhibiting my work, I am gradually heading into a more conceptual approach to my paintings. Leaning more toward abstraction, yet not losing the subject completely. Applying the apint more loosely, having more fun creating new form and color combination and just letting ideas flow more easily. As I progress with this loosening up process, I hope the observer will sense a more relaxed and contemplative quality to the work.
