KAYLI HIBBARD

Artist, Kayli Fortune Hibbard resides in Greensboro, NC with her husband and two young children.   From 1998-2000 Kayli and her husband, artist, Brian Hibbard traveled the Southwest.  In Durango, CO, Kayli became an assistant to potter, Donna Rowe, owner of Durango Pottery and helped to manage gallery sales.  In 2000, she moved to Greensboro, NC where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Greensboro College after transferring from Winthrop University.  Kayli and her husband dived into the local art scene by designing 40 panels for the bronze “Millenium Gate” for nationally known sculptor Jim Gallucci.

While assisting her husband in his career and raising two children, Kayli continued to paint portraits and murals by commission.   Gradually, she began to develop an exciting portfolio of her own that caught the attention of local and regional galleries.  She began the year 2007 with a two-person show with her husband, enabling her to focus on new work and paint full –time.   Kayli Fortune Hibbard’s art is receiving attention from galleries across the Southeast and attracting a growing group of collectors.
