HENRY BARNES

GALLERY
Henry Barnes is a native Georgian from Union Point.  He attended Young Harris College, graduated from Huntingdon College, and then served in the Navy.  He pursued several career interests, including becoming an accomplished musician, before settling on his career as an artist.  Mr. Barnes’ principle art studies include six years of intensive work in the Chatov Studio, during which his drawing, development of color, and infusion of light onto canvases was achieved.  He studied with Yves Brayer, a noted French artist, in Paris during 1983.  Henry’s work is often inspired by his extensive travels.
